It was only my third time going out in just over a year, and every time this happens, although now more so as the risk seemed highest (still with mask and visor too on, but...)

I'm immunocompromised and haven't been out in months except for doctors... I think I'm lucky to be autistic though cause at least I don't miss seeing people. I basically don't plan on comming out until we reach herd immunuty. I'm currently bedbound due to illness anyway so its not like I have a lot of options regardless.

Where you live there've been 0 cases too... a rarity among such governments, surely...

I was terrified for five days after going out, even before Covid. I would need to shutdown for about a week before I could function again, because I find people and society so completely draining. I thought that's what this topic is about, but I see it's about Covid. Since Covid started I don't go out at all, except taking my mother to appointments, and waiting in the car for her to finish. I come home and shower, disinfect myself, and wash all my clothes including my coat and masks. It gets very tiring.

There are no places in the world that have "zero" cases.

North Korea claims this, I believe----but that's a load of hooey!

Victoria in AU seems to have no cases, not country-wide, though.

And if you ignore all of the murders, Sydney is a safe place to live ...

Life would be really difficult if I was since I still need to work (can't work from home most of the time) and have to go there by buss on top of that. It makes me a little nervous when someone's coughing in the bus, but other than that I don't really think of it that much.
