I have rather restrictive and repetitive eating habits. I pretty much eat the same thing everyday and don't have a wide variety of foods I eat. This only changes if I am traveling. I probably don't eat enough protein either, especially for how much I work out, but it doesn't seem to be causing problems to me. I don't like meat all that much and it is expensive. I am pretty much a vegetarian who will eat meat on occassion.

I used to nibble a lot, meaning (in human terms) going to the larder in between meals and eating things like biscuits and chocolate.

But being so I've become the fattest in my family and it's not making me feel good mentally, I've gone on a diet. Naturally I'm supposed to be a thin person, so being fat means I'm all out of proportion. Being fat suits some people, not it doesn't suit me. I've always been thin. Even as a child and young adult I ate a lot and drank a lot of sugary drinks but I was still very thin. So I don't look right being fat.

Smoke weed, get munchies, eat junk food - that's the worst.

Lately I've been eating too many carbs and drinking a bit too much alcohol. Time to get back on track with better diet & exercise.

Ice cream is my biggest vice, especially in the hot summers we have here.

Ten years ago I gained over 30kgs in six months from taking an antipsychotic medication. But I still feel thin within myself and am surprised to see how fat I am in the mirror. It just doesn't look right. It really gets me down sometimes. But the medication I'm taking right now also contributes to weight gain so I'm fighting a losing battle. Need to stop eating ice cream.

Emotional eating… choc bars. I just can’t give them up.

I’m 6’2” and slim. I only have one bar a day, but at 67 years old I could do without the sugar. Health problems mounting up. I don’t even enjoy eating the things but it’s a serious craving.

I’m never hungry in the morning or by noon.I don’t want to eat till after three.
I have to watch eating before bed. That’s when I get the munchies.

I think that there are some good eating habits that you can build because you can stay away from junk food, via healthy diet. I do hope y'all are doing well hearing what you've been going through, building healthy habits can help. Wishing you all the best!

i generally eat whatever diet my roomate is currently on. they have decided that they need to be on the keto diet.
so i will prepare meals for us that fit within that diets rules. i dont really enjoy the food on the keto diet but it seems wasteful to purchase a seperate set of ingredients for myself.

I've been anorexic before, and I've been over weight. I definitely had some sort of eating disorder growing up.

I'm vegan now and will always be vegan.

Sometimes I eat until the bag us gone, like corn chips. Also cookies and chocolate. I try to eat more protein like egg whites, and drink more water. I like sweet drinks like juice and gingerale and tea with honey - lots of honey. I try to get good tea that tastes good without any sugar or honey, or bottled iced tea with sugar substitute. Also when I catch myself snacking I drink two or three big glasses of water.
