My ears get itchy right inside sometimes

I second this adivce. I've once gotten qTip fuzz stuck in there trying to clean & I had to go to the doc to get my ear flushed out My ears get itchy right inside sometimes

She said I have thick ear wax & to not use qTips. She recommended I use some ear wax remover stuff. That didn't seem to help my ears feel less itchy so I started using some kinda ear scraper tool which sometimes helps. My gf says I have dry skin in my ears which could be some or a lot of the itching. I have problems with dry skin in general that was bad as a kid, got better in my later teens, & came back in my 30s. I'm not sure what might could help with dry skin in the ears or ear itching due to dry skin except oral & injectable medication that either doesn't help, I build up a tolerance to after a bit, or I have problems accessing.
