I have anorexia nervosa, manifesting as a virulent antipathy towards food and a dislike of eating. I don't like to let things control my mind and form as food would. I can rarely relate to any other anorexics. Can anyone here perhaps relate?

I have experienced some trouble eating as a child due to sensory issues. It's not the same thing but it's as close as I can get. I still forget to eat even though the food is right in front of me.

I've had Anorexia Nervosa since I was 12. I don't relate to other anorexics either.
