How can I improve my gait and balance?

Is there anyway I can fix my gait and balance with a rare genetic disease called Joubert Syndrome. I have it pretty mild, and I'm so afraid that I can't improve my gait or balance.

I'd ask your doctor. I have balance issues too, it can be quite annoying.
