Sleepwalking after my bipolar meds dose was adjusted

About two weeks ago, my doctor adjusted my dosage for my bipolar meds I take and as well as the side effect of rotting cabbage body odour I've mentioned before, I seem to be suffering a new side effect. It doesn't seem to happen every single night in the past two weeks since my dosage was adjusted, but my dorm mates in the hostel I live in say that I'll go two nights sleeping OK, than the following night, I'll be sleepwalking, sleep OK in my bed the following nights, then three nights later, I'll start sleepwalking again.
Could this be a coincidence or is it a common side effect when it comes to taking meds for mental health issues like this?
