I personally find anxiety relief in washing my conscience of any unresolved negativity.

If you don't confront your fears - fears which make you feel negative, you cannot balance your chakras.

You can literally live a lifetime trapped by fear because you fear retaliaition from actions you unconsciously or consciously believe to have harmed someone and which you fear retaliation from.

What will be, will be. Stop thinking, don't worry.
