Is it normal for me to have unhealthy anger as a young adult
It's unhealthy anger normal for someone with mental health issues regardless of age.
And it's also normal to have age inappropriate anger/behaviors/emotions/etc. when one is developmentally compromised.
By normal, I meant typical.
By typical, it meant it's something to be expected.
By something to be expected, meaning unsurprising.
Otherwise, any socially aware (self-other comparing) and motivated enough individual (wanting to be with or whatever) would typically be embarrassed about it.

That actually makes sense. I just feel guilty for talking about wanting to commit crime of passion on people who made fun of me in the past, to this day I think about the safety of the Internet, the consequences of my actions and I think before I post anything that may be against the law to do so. I acted on my anger on the computer, but threatening to commit crime of passion is not okay no matter how delusional I was thinking that it's justified.

Why have those thoughts to begin with?
Yeah, I get the appeal of vengeance -- hurt someone who hurt you, make them feel what you feel...
But the guilt is another thing.
It implies a degree of intrusive thought and/or being against the acts of violence.
But there would come a time that none of that is worth one's time, especially if the perpetrators aren't the ones you actually cared in your life.
That ever thinking about such people is a waste of time... Let alone act on it.

That is a good point to consider.
I'm not sure if anger can be healthy or unhealthy.
I think that you should listen to your feeling and understand where they come from, why something is hitting you. Fever is always a signal of something wrong. If you suppress it with a paracetamol, it may come again and again.
Unhealthy is not managing those feelings and not being slave of them

I agree
