Maybe nothing full on but:

Barry Manilow in Road Trip (the semi-hip guy of the group who thinks too much by other people's standards)

Nathan Petrelli in Heroes (the guy who's trying to make things work, lock the drama down, and run his ship as its needed)

The main character of Breaking Bad (mainly that, aside from making a somewhat nefarious choice in income he doesn't want to rely on others and can't stomache pity, also has a very quality over quantity outlook on life)

Although she is from a movie, Maggie from Love and Other Drugs seemed to at least FEEL the way I do - unworthy of love, for a reason she could not change. I actually cried while watching that film. It made me realise that I don't have to be perfect. Well, almost made me realise... Made me feel a little less worthless, okay!

I've been compared to Lisa Simpson, Data, Kramer, Kelso from that 70's show. The latter two more because of my awkward jerky body language and clumsyness than personalities.

Characters that make you think "that's me"

never have i seen any persons (real or contrived) that make me think they represent me.

i have come closer to identifying with fictional characters than real ones however.
but i still not can really identify with them.

"monk" is not like me, but there is much i could understand about him. however, the script becomes absurd often in that show, so i am immediately derailed and i lose interest and miss the rest of the show.

"house" knows everything about many things, and the show is good, but it is flawed because nobody says "um" or "err" or "ahh", and it is obvious they are reciting lines of script because no group of people talk so optimally and integrally in real life.

"sherlock holmes" i also almost identify with. i can see how his character is supposed to be, and there are some similarities, but i am me and not him.

the character portrayed by "martin clunes" in the TV series "doc martin" is the character that i most closely identify with. i never have a problem with anything he says in any "doc martin" show i watch. what he says, and how he acts is very much similar to what i would do in the same situation. i do not know much about medicine, and i am not talking about that aspect.
the character portrayal of doctor martin is a portrayal i enjoy to watch, and i do not have to spend any energy to mentally assimilate what he says.

here is an episode, but no need to watch it unless you are interested.

I've related to quite a few of the female characters in various V.C. Andrews books. I wouldn't say I've ever thought "That's ME!", though. I suppose the differences in situation/personality stop me from it.

I could never find someone like me. But that's rather fine. I like being individual without trying to force it.
I often want to see similariteis but in the end I always find that this person is totally different.

I've never seen a character that I thought was "me", but I have seen plenty of relatable characters.
Shinji Ikari from Neon Genesis Evangelion (I'm an angsty teenager myself and he's actually a really realistic portrayal of teenage depression)
Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evangelion (In the whole "outsider-looking-in" way that autistics can generally share)
Ayumu "Osaka" Kasuga (Almost an autistic in the way she thinks and is, of course, hilarious)

...and that's about it. None of those characters are identical to me but they all have relatable characteristics.

"Piggy" from Lord of the Flies.

Other people typically compare me to Daria or Dilbert.

Meursault from the Albert Camus novel The Stranger reminds me of my own personal view of the world. However I am a far more emotional person than this character, so I suppose we are not really very similar.

I suggest reading one of Patricia Highsmith's Ripley books, either The Talented Mr. Ripley or Ripley's Game. Tom Ripley is very much like Meursault, only a bit more lively.
