Dutch is my native language so here is a bit of a summary. He is explaining that he likes to enjoy women but he doesn't like the fact that women just seem to be interested in marrying a man. At the end of the song he says he has no problems cheating on his wife, as long as she doesn't find out, because the most important thing is that she keeps raising the kids.

Sometimes a slug kept me awake at night. No idea how the thing got in the house! I could hear it chewing on some paper. It is quiet here though. In the middle of no where! Haha. So quiet one can hear tinitus... and it is my Mums tinitus and not mine! Hahahah! (That was a joke about the tinitus).
