Tom Petty is like crack for the soul.

Love that man.

This song was stuck in my head last week, and usually they become annoying by the fifth hour or so, but this didn't and I kept finding myself singing it aloud, anything sung by a scotsman ends up sounding aggressive, even this.

Apologies for all the commas.

TMBG...one of the best concerts I've been to. I played the first four albums to death many years ago.

ALways loved Lenny, but small joke here.

Melody maker, music newspaper thing, in the early 90s they had a column in a joke way by a mr disagreeable or something and he'd say awful things about current bands just for s**ts and giggles.

Called lenny the poundshop version of hendrix, for yanks poundshop would be the same as a dollar store, or walmart celebrity version.

stuck in my head and still makes me chuckle, thought I'd share.

Just read this a second ago ... must have a listen to "Bodies" then ... Lydon’s Catholic upbringing was also brought to the fore in “Bodies”, a scouring attack on abortion. Far more than just an anti-everything diatribe, Bollocks is full of wit and bile. No one is spared, especially not the band’s previous label (“EMI”) or their pre-punk heroes, the New York Dolls (“New York”).
