Another little known and massively underrated Abba song, as evidenced by the fact that it seems to be impossible to find a live video version, or even a mimed one.

Yet another relatively obscure Abba song, recorded before their 1974 Eurovision win. Interesting also because Agnetha was on maternity leave here, and is replaced by Inger Brundin. Annifrid looks rather different too, partly because of her hairstyle.

Telephones are on my mind. The pointlessness of me owning one.

LOL. Topically, essentially the same song DeepHour just posted.

This one made no impression on the charts, at least in the UK, though it's an excellent song. It was only when Mamma Mia was released later in 1975 that Abba really arrived.

Surprisingly, only 4 ABBA singles made the top 10 in the USA. This one topped at 15. Mamma Mia barely cracked the top 40. I remember them better than that, probably because I had a best-of record. Ring Ring didn't chart at all, but I remember it.

ABBA were huge in the rest of the world from 1976-1980. Surprised to hear that they made a relatively minor impact in the USA!

This one charted at #3 in the USA, and is one of my favorites.

^ Yep, that was a great song, their best single in 1978, IMO.

I think Dancing Queen was the peak for the group in 1976 - I'm curious to know how that fared in the USA.
