I can see by your eyes you must be lying
When you think I don't have a clue
Baby you're crazy
If you think that you can fool me
Because I've seen that movie too

The one where the players are acting surprised
Saying love's just a four letter word
Between forcing smiles, with knives in their eyes
Their actions become so absurd

It's a habit I have, I don't get pushed around
Stop twinkling your star like you do
I'm not the blue print for all of your 'B' films
Because I've seen that movie too

So keep your auditions for somebody
Who hasn't got so much to lose
'Cause you can tell by the lines I'm reciting
I've seen that movie too

Thank you for posting the Smiths, HighLlama. One of my favorite bands of all time. They were a continual soundtrack of my life from 14-20 or so and have stayed on my favorites list ever since.

Tune me in to the wild side of life
I'm an innocent young child sharp as a knife
Take me to the garrets where the artists have died
Show me the courtrooms where judges have lied

You bet, man. Buying Singles at age 14 was a blessing. From there I quickly got all the albums and Morrissey's Bona Drag and Viva Hate. And I still dip into them often.

Could one of you frisson-ers kindly explain to me what it is? I could google but I'd rather hear it from you guys. I think I might feel something like frisson when I hear Freddy Mercury.

Thanks!

Think of it like a skin orgasm. It doesn't feel like an orgasm, for me it often starts around my scalp and travels over my skin like waves of tingling, pleasurable, happy sensations. Like being poked by tons of happy pins. It's like ASMR, but happens with music. So a musical skin orgasm. Hope that helps.
