One thing most writers have in common seems to be their love of cats. How about naming some who you know of - -

William S. Burroughs
H.P. Lovecraft
Charles Bukowski
Ernest Hemingway
Robert E. Howard
Bill Link

Let's hear about others!

Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman for sure, Jean Cocteau, Borges and I remember Stephen King saying something along the lines of the world being split into people who like cats and people who like dogs - he's also a cat lover.

Glenn Danzig B)

He writes music!

I am just far too amused by those candid shots of him strolling through the parking lot, carrying grocery bags full of kitty litter.
