With Axl Rose and sometimes the entire band being late or not showing up, would you say they're an awesome live band?
But Axl was pulling that crap back in the days of the original GNR line-up too. There were riots in the streets of Montreal during Metallica and GNR's joint tour in '92, because Axl complained about his throat hurting and refused to go on stage after Metallica had to cut their set short due to James Hetfield walking into a pyro flare during "Fade To Black". I'd never buy tickets to a GNR show, even if it was a one-time reunion with all the old members, just because Axl's so notoriously temperamental that I couldn't be sure that the cost of the tickets wouldn't just be wasted.
Anyway... as far as bands reforming... I'd love to see Stabbing Westward again.
