Since I'm new, I'm not allowed to post links right now, but the song 'Hex Girlfriend' by Neon Indian is pretty amazing to me.

ye banks & braes of bonnie doon,
how can ye bloom sae fresh & fair
how can ye chant ye tiny wee birds
and i sae weary & nae full o' care
ye break me heart; ye birds that sing
that warble through the flowery thorn
ye remind me of a departed joy
departed forever tae never return

i've often roamed by bonnie doon
to walk by the ocean, the wind & the sky
and like the birdees that sing o' their love,
sae fondly say did i of mine
with lightsome heart i spied a rose
so sweet and aglow on thorny tree
and my false love did steal that rose
and all she left me was but a thorn

I'm obsessed with quite a few songs but to keep my post short I will give just one. Walking on Air by Kerli. It kind of reminds me of myself as a little kid. "A creepy little girl with her creepy little face, saying funny things that you've never heard."

I heart Kerli. :) Great song, love the atmosphere.

Yes I definitely agree about the atmosphere. And people often compare her to Lady GaGa because they have a similar look, but in my opinion Kerli is much more creative with her songs :)

The look in your eyes pierces through me
Like the light in the room
And the way your walk forces me
To stare at you
Your scent marks
The road that you've gone
It says "the most beautiful of beautiful was here"
And your smile is contagious

I would so much like to be
The woman to whom you come home at night
Would want so much to be in your arms
There is so
Much between us, betweens us there's a sea
And I'm too
Too shy to say it

I see the smallest details
Your mood in your face
And I don't know if you know
That you speak with your hands
I would go with you
Wherever you'd want to go
Because miracles happen
When you wink

The time I spend with you
Is the highlight of my day
You stay within me
A dream that doesn't come true
But you're here
Here in my life
And I don't want to lose you
And I can't confess to you
