I've been considering reading it lately. I've noted that some criticisms of the book include its meandering plot and rambling prose, but the book sounds intriguing to me. If anybody's read it, what did you think of it? Would you recommend it?

i probably shouldnt say anything since i read it when i was a kid long, long ago but, while i do think its rambling plot makes it a little more of an effort to read, it is a worthwhile effort. the ending alone is worth it. i might enjoy it now that im older.
