Guess The Lyrics

Basically a thread where you guess a line of a song...

Example: "Once upon a time I was falling in love, but now I'm only falling apart."

Next post will say Bonnie Tyler - Total Eclipse of the Heart followed by a line of another song to guess.

Well I hope it's pretty self-explanatory now so let's get started.

Sorry to be a pedant, but 'Total Eclipse of the Heart' was Bonnie Tyler, not Belinda Carlisle. I shall slink away now......

Oh yeah XD Was thinking of Heaven is A Place on Earth... always get the two mixed up because of both first names start with "B".

Anyway that first one is a bit harsh... Let's try easily known songs.

Ah, good choice! That would be "The Number of the Beast" by Iron Maiden. :D

I guess it's my turn. So, here's mine:
"No bolt nor brick nor crucifix can hold it back. I have been wicked. I have been arrogant."
(HINT: It's a relatively recent song-- released sometime within the past five years.)

Ooh, I recognized that one right away. "The Kids Aren't Alright" by the Offspring.
