I know it's kind of cliche, but an ability to disappear, or not to be noticed easily--to blend in with the background. Or maybe reverse empathy--when she has a meltdown everyone near her feels it too?

Reverse empathy is like the opposite of autism....

An Aspie character of mine is very sensitive to ghosts. He gets bad, BAD migraines when they're close by. (Sucks for him, his workplace is haunted...) Maybe you could make her a 'ghost whisperer' or something? Able to summon the powers of the Underworld? I dunno.
