Though the song and vocal style do convey a lot of pure emotion that I can see is related to the topic at hand.

Well, this one is pretty relatable to people with Autism, and possibly anyone with a disability. You'd be surprised.

I'm not looking for relatable, I'm looking for songs about disability. Check out the two Derpy songs in the OP, that's about as open loosely related as I want to get. Some of about non-conformity are everywhere.

This isn't about disability, but the lyrics in the verses do sound very much like Aspergers. Or any kind of mental disorder.

There are quite a lot of Pink Floyd songs about Syd Barrett's illness.

Also the "Quadrophenia" album by The Who is about a fictional mental illness (four-way split personality disorder).

I knew what epilepsy was since I was a young child (there was a Pittsburgh Steelers offensive lineman in American football who was epileptic) but whenever I think of epilepsy, I think of this song. If I'm not mistaken, this was the first JD song I had ever heard (heard it at age 14)...

Ian Curtis wrote this song about a young girl he helped find a job when he was a social worker for disabled youths who later died of a grand mal siezure. Ian Curtis later would suffer from epilepsy until he committed suicide.

Anywho, a song about epilepsy.
