I just found that my library has bought this. It's great. There's a huge library of songs, all kinds of categories, and I get to download three songs a week. Other libraries who have this might have different rules. It's U.S. only, I'm pretty sure. LINK: Freegal

If you go to your local library's home page, they ought to mention it. In my library, it's on the Electronic Resources page.

The service is only available to subscribing libraries and members, and you must enter the Freegal Site via the Library URL.
