For me, we have a two-way tie. It's between the Bloodhound Gang's "The Bad Touch" (just the lyrics themselves are funny) and Baby Got Back from Seattle's own Sir Mix-A-Lot. Just listening to them in certain contexts will make one burst out laughing.

I love the band Half Man Half Biscuit. Their songs are laugh out loud funny and way too good just to be "comedy songs". They are very Brit-centric though so others may not get the many references to minor UK slebs and old TV shows. Song titles include:
