Im looking for more bands I might like. The genres I typically like are post-hardcore,metal and punk
And some of my favourite bands are System of a down,bad religion,nofx,rise against,black flag and the white stripes
Also general rock/punk/post hardcore discussion thread

Here are a few: Brainiac, At The Drive-In, Hot Snakes, Rocket from The Crypt, Drive Like Jehu, Refused, Fugazi, Descendents.

Hollywood Undead is my favorite. They're rock and rap, and also have a lot of darker, more seeious songs. They also used to have a member named Deuce (your username reminded me)

Daron from System of a Down has a band called Scars on Broadway, check 'em out!! Give Killing Joke a shot, too. They are a Post-Punk band, bordering on metal, goth, etc... Very unique style. Waltari is great, a very quirky metal band that dips into punk and sometimes other genres, just the kind of weird I like!! Left Spine Down is a wicked cyberpunk band, one of my all time favourites... Uh, more later. I'm falling asleep at my keyboard, here!! !

Since you like both System of a Down and hardcore, I definitely suggest The Dead Kennedies.
