Anybody remember the 'Stars on 45 Medley' (this is a Beatles medley)(1981)? Larry Elgart & His Manhattan Swing Orchestra - Hooked on Swing (1982) is quite catchy.

There was a Star Wars medley that was popular a few decades ago. It was catchy then, but I got tired of listening to it.

Most Broadway shows have an overture that features snippets of every tune in the show. Sometimes, they're the highlight of the entire production.

One of my favourite Circle Jerks songs called "Golden Shower of Hits (Jerks on 45)" is a spoof of "Stars on 45" (which I haven't heard).

Can current audio technologies help develop medleys applying smoother audio transistions between the songs? In listening to past recorded medleys, the audio transistions between songs were not always smooth.

Imagine current audio technologies applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) TECH. to yield medleys where audio transistions between songs are no longer based on basic audio smoothing methods, but rather based on the audio characteristics e.g., beats, rhythms of the following / previous songs.

It there another Beatles medley in the works applying twenty-first century audio TECH??

But there are many great non comedic medleys. Here is the Eighties band, Shalamar, doing an 80's sytle medley of Sixties Motown hits. Great for aerobics.
