We have the popular thread about what song you're listening to. Let's have a thread where you post a Playlist. My hope is that the thread can be collaborative and open to others modifying posted playlists that they would like.

I'll start with a Playlist and I welcome seeing other people's Playlist ideas and actually creating and listening to other people's Playlists. Maybe if you listen to someone's Playlist, you can quote their post and give feedback, etc.

Something I Learned Today: Husker Du
Truckdrivin Neighbors Downstairs: Beck
Hangin' Downtown: Replacements
Tiny, King Of the Jews: Big Black
Can Your p**** Do The Dog?: The Cramps
Slinky: Link Wray
I Bleed: Pixies
Like Calling Up Thunder: The Gun Club
Mouth Breather: The Jesus Lizard
Toolin': fIREHOSE

Good suggestion, MP. I think that would fit perfectly between the Husker and the Beck song! Thanks for that.

I really enjoyed this, MP. Your title fits the theme perfectly. The songs have a choral Gothic quality. Keep 'em comin'!

I'm not sure if you'll think that any of these gel well together or not.

Apologies for using the same artist more than once.

I'll throw together these 'soundtrack' sounding types of playlists as audio mood boards that help me write.

Treefingers - Radiohead
Night Bus - Burial
Momentum - Nils Frahm
Obvs - Jamie XX
In McDonalds - Burial
Empty Club - Damon Albarn
Never Known - The Durutti Column
NYC - Burial
Stone In Focus - Aphex Twin
Lasttrak - Plastikman
Adnan's - Orbital
First Light - Brian Eno & Harold Budd

Wow - I just remembered making this playlist before my first date with my partner. ^

Flashback City!

I should see if this is still on my phone. ^

I came here to see what playlists other people have going.

I need one today because I'll be doing a lot of driving.

Any recommendations? Something hard and loud, but happy too.

I'm thinking Def Leppard for starters:

and Bowie:

Post your playlists here, with or without links!
