So I sent him a text

(Appalling grammer, I know)

So he sent the following mush back *swoon*

Hi Kezza,
Did you think I forgot about yesterday? Actually, I checked and it was one month ago today that we first went out. I have fallen madly in love with you, much quicker than I ever thought I would. Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful day and everything is just perfect for you. I will see you tomorrow. All my love always, Kevin.

So I replied *sigh*

You just made today a whole lot easier than it was gonna be. I hope you have an awesome day and thanks for being the most wonderful person I know

LMAO!! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !!

I was all giggly for the rest of the day.

And all I had to do to find him was put my love life on a backseat to the rest of my life.

Dancing tonight!! ! Did I mention I love watching him dance?

*sigh*

I'm sure you guys need not be cynical! I'm sure if you keep your chins up and your eyes open, you'll find someone.

Just have a mental picture of what you want the perfect person to be, cos when you find them it's hilarious to see what you once thought of as perfect.

Get obssessed with some sort of sport or hobby or job or art. Suddenly love becomes less important when you want to murderate the people on the other side of the football field.........

As often as I fantasize, I'm hopeless at starting a conversation. I can't even say hi to my crush let along ask her out. Yikes.
But, I'm waiting for an opportunity to talk to her..

i would ask out in a heartbeat, if it wasnt for the fact thay offline women look at me with revulsion... i can see it in how they are around me... destroys any confidence i would have at asking them...

Guess who got a white rose (a REAL one! I've always wanted one!) and a cute stuffed dog last night?

ME.

And he thinks that I can do the advanced classes at dancing and go for medals and stuff. I was hesitant, but after one class I feel a bit confident.

Yes, I did smother him in kisses and adoration. It was time to go home (we were sitting outside the coffee club) and he pulled me up and carried me half-way to the car (for future reference, he carried me the whole way, he's asked me to embellish that part of the story). And I invited him to a footy match.

Which is a big thing for me. I am at my most powerful, and my most vunerable at the football. Wonder how he'll go?

That's totally cool Kezza.

and AfTL: the term backseat, is actually on the back burner. same idea, but never put an english major in a same room where there is something mispelled, it drives him crazy. but you were right. trying to put your feelings on the back seat is a good idea. I hope that if it comes down to it one day, that I'll be able to do that if I ever need to.
