Date with ever one isn't a b*tch.

Go to a comic convention and talk to women there. Nerdy types are better for us. Think about it, aspergers are not the norm in society, so you have to go after women who aren't the norm. They don't have to have aspergers, but if they're shy they are a lot easier to talk to and more fun.

Get better framed glasses(more masculine), start wearing shirts that aren't so plain(shirts with logos and images), wear jeans. That might help also. Also, yes lift.

I'm pretty sure neither would be suitable for you :

- I'm pretty sure cheerleaders are too "girly" (think "Legally Blonde") for you
- I'm pretty sure girls with lots of tattoos are too messed-up for you

Judging by the way you look and the very fact you even need to ask this, I'd suggest you focus on average looking geeky girls / women.

I'm thinking of women like Thora Birch, Darlene Connor or Felicia Day...

This type of women is... let's just say they tend to be quite "high maintenance"

Zooey Deschanel is not average.

Her husband is a handsome man.

That's why I said "If you're REALLY REALLY LUCKY".

Women who are just the right kind of weird might still be in the same league as you, even if you're less attractive than them (women care less about pure physical attractiveness anyway).

They do tend to be more high maintenance, though. Also, as male weirdos are far more common than female weirdos, they're far more likely to be hooked up by the time they're 25. So it requires a lot of luck to meet that kind of woman at a time (1) she's available and (2) you're "ready" for that kind of woman.

Oh, and weird women are also more likely to be gay... which is another major downside

I think there's truth in that 'high maintenance' is correlated with looks.

did you put your camera on a delay? they look like like they were taken by someone other than you. the camera height is too high for it to have been placed on a table.

why are there 2 hands around the waist of the woman on the left? is one of them hers? she looks like she is thinking "if you move your hand toward an area that i find inappropriate, i will grab your hand and replace it where i feel comfortable"
her facial expression seems to indicate she is suspicious of your level of desperation.

also, that phallus type thing in your trousers is not a very aesthetic touch.

the one on the left looks scrawny and has various sores on her lower legs, and the one on the right looks like she is more natural, but more smiling for the person behind the camera.

i have no idea which one is suitable for you, but i would not carry on associating with either of them.

In my experience, "high maintenance" is typically correlated with (1) looks and (2) coolness / popularity.

The more square / nerdy a woman is and the more average looking she is, the more likely it is for men like us for her (1) to consider dating weirdos like us and (2) not to break up with us at the first hint of trouble.

When I was around 19, I dated a girl who resembled Talena Atfield (picture reposted below) for a while. I'm pretty sure the attraction was mutual there. Heck, she gave me a lapdance at a local pub at New Year's, after which the two of us climbed over an old graveyard's fence and watched the fireworks from a gravestone (I was kinda going through a gothic phase back then).

I'm also pretty sure I could have done a lot more with her at that graveyard than just sit on a gravestone that New Year's Eve... but I didn't, because I was too inexperienced with women to take a hint and too insecure to make a move... after which her interest towards me cooled down so rapidly I never really had a second chance. Being both "hot" and "cool", I'm pretty sure that's the most "high maintenance" woman I've ever dated. Man, the times I wished I'd taken more initiative that night...

I find both Zoe and Tatiana average looking. Nowhere near a Cheryl Cole.

This thread is a hot women overload. It went in the order from the least attractive to the most attractive to the decently attractive (Zoe and Tatania).

Everything aspiesavant says has hit the nail on the head, also whoever said non-conformist women are usually lesbian or bisexual - sadly true.

I however have always had negative experiences trying to puruse your typical nerdy, artistic, geeky bisexual feminist type gals and unfortunately they may not actually be my type, as they i was friends with plenty and the topcs they toalk about and such don't particularly interest me wither and I found it difficult to connect with them always.

The females who do give me attention at actually in the slighty above-average range regarding looks, and often i have had a look that one would consider a 'bro' male would have.

I am constantly mistaken for a 'bro' (I am a bit, but not THAT much) and typically as the type of guy who you'd expect to be a gym-junkie, listen to hip-hop and like big festivals, clubbing, drugs, parties, etc.

Truth is I enjoy working out to get a swimmer's physiquse, like classic retro electronic music, like bars and such and parties only slightly, etc.

But if always makes me confused and upset as it seems I don't have a type. I am not compatible with bimbos and divas and airheads, and not attracted to them at all, and I also don't seem none-too interested in the trendy hipster/geek girls .

Truth is I think I want someone who is a genuine nerd/geek/loser type. Not one of thse trendy anime, sci-fi, fantasy loving type gals into pop culture, I mean an actual misift/weird/odd/completely out there girl who isn't super popular and has plenty of friends due to such mainstream interests.

Op hasn't responded to the thread in quite a while, I'm curious as to why he's interested in these types of women (he said so on another thread).

Luckily, we don't all have the same taste in men / women, or there would be but very few out there with a husband / wife they're totally smitten by.

I guess this is what I'd call a 10/10 :

Focus on women at least as intelligent as you. Most likely, that would already eliminate +98% of the women out there.

Of those that remain, women with a complementary personality type tend to have the greatest long term potential. Shared interests would be nice, but aren't really necessary if you can connect with each other just by having intense discussions on random topics.

Popular how and with whom? That's another factor. After High School, unless you are a celebrity; no one give a damn how many friends you have, except for you.

That's not entirely true. There's differences in social status / hierarchy in any social group, whether it's high school kids, co-workers, friends, neighbors, soccer fans, clubbers, skaters, marching band members, stamp collectors, board game fanatics, RPG fanatics, etc.

Nevertheless, criteria for social status vary, based on the group. In some groups, income and property ownership are most relevant. In other groups, knowledge, insight or experience matter most. In yet others, it mostly matters how socially adept and well-dressed you are.
