I was recently reading a thread here, and someone posted a comment that really sticks out for me. What if people are mistaking us for the 'vampires of society'? Thinking back, comparing a lot of my dating profiles to what I'd expect from a 'narcissist', it really clicks why I haven't been getting as much attention as what I'd expect.

Aspies have a lot of problems talking about other people (especially if they don't know the other people), so they default to talking about themselves. Ergo, perceived narcissism...
