I didn't say women are wrong about what they want. I said SOME women (not necessarily you) are working with a paradigm that doesn't permit men to ever do the right thing. They say they want a confident and independent guy, but then when men try to learn these attitudes they become reprimanded for it - if that's not the definition of an abusive mind game, I don't know what is.



I am truly sorry for your experience, but do you think it's fair to extrapolate that to every guy who wants to learn how to be better with women? There are a TON of different teachings out there, and all of them are very varied. It's very likely that the "stupid mind game" you played has nothing at all to do with Chase's teachings.



You still haven't specified what exactly these "mind games" are. Can you give some examples of what these guys are doing that you find so offensive? I'm genuinely curious.

It seems to me that his mentioning of race is independent of his list of unattractive features, based on the way the sentence is structured. But I really don't feel like arguing syntax or semantics right now. Perhaps I'll admit that he could've worded it a bit more carefully, but I still think you're searching for a witch that isn't there.



I thought it was implied that this guy was picking up English-only speaking American girls. If that wasn't the case, I don't see why he would even bother mentioning his accent as an obstacle.

Yes some women can be fickle like that but it doesn't give men the right to treat us all like b*****s and hos. I have yet to meet a man who flat out asked a woman that he liked what she really liked in a man instead it's mostly other women he gets this opinion from usually online or from watching tv then he applies those standards to the woman he likes.

Sometimes a man may think he is being confident but the woman does see bragging about himself as being confident but a red flag for ego problem.

When I was seeing this one guy, he was giving some red flags which made me want to leave but I decided instead of flight to stay and observe if it really was what I thought and it turned out that it wasn't!

Women are defensive. By nature not only are we deemed the most beautiful physically but alot of women are abused not by just men but other women. Aspies and autistics in general should have some understanding in this area because alot of us man and woman are abused for being different.

These people have something to sell and what they are selling are ways to abuse women under the guise of just trying to help a brother out!

Now go read my other thread about this topic. You'll get an idea of this abuse.

It's a CULT full of brainwashed men that are vulnerable and of course the men who already have a personality disorder who just want to hang with people who are already like them.

Women who fall for this either don't know it's going on, are just apart of this pick up artist's game to get his intended target or LOVE drama.

Men are being molded by this cult into abusive jerks.

Read these "tactics" with an open mind and now think about emotional abuse and come back to me with how many times you can count on forums dedicated to these pick up as*holes how many times you have read the word "b***h" and/or "ho" and tell me I'm wrong...

Now I KNOW you're over-generalizing. I went to the "Stylelife" forums for 4 years and you're not even ALLOWED to call a girl a b***h or a ho there (it's censored out, and very often moderators will punish you for using the term). It's often see as a sign of an "AFC" ("Average Frustrated Chump") to call a girl a b***h.

Again, perhaps SOME aspects of the Pick-Up community are cult-ish and narcisstic, and it still sucks that you had a bad experience with one of these dudes. But you need to be more careful with the generalizations you make, because there are plenty of teachers and students that just want to know how to communicate with women better.

What you say simply DOESN'T apply to EVERYONE in the community. And if you really care about abuse, you won't propagate such harsh and broad generalizations about honest dudes trying to improve themselves. I'm serious about this - I can't be more serious about this.

Buy all of their books, CD's and go to their seminars where you pay thousands of dollars to be lectured by a bunch of men who on one hand play the victim card of "I wasn't treated right growing up" using that as an excuse just like how Ted Bundy blamed porn and allow yourself to be brainwashed.

The men who are smart and actually understand that this mode of thinking is abusive won't stick around or should be led out of it quickly because it's not just damaging to women but men as well.

If you want to rail against PUA generally, do it in your thread. But we can't have you attacking members of the site (who have in no way mentioned doing or wanting to do any of the things you've mentioned).

If you can't see how pick up artist tactics are abusive towards women then you probably share the same ideas on women that they do or you have been misled into believing no harm done by people who just want to make money off of you while encouraging you to hurt people....oops I mean women whom aren't really people and have no feelings.
