I don't think words would work. It would be have to be an "I am happiest when with you" but expressed through some sort of physical affection. Don't be filthy, I mean like a hug. And not a "grown up" hug either. Get your mind out of the gutter.

I waited a very long time for him to say "I love you". Then I gave up. Apparently he didn't and he was saving it for someone he actually did love.

Broke my heart. Lost my faith in men completely.
