I despise that image with unbridled vitriol. It mocks people who are going through serious pain their lives and is just another idiotic tool for the reprobates at 4chan to spread their self-serving, immature BS across the scope of teh intrawebz.

I know I would be quite fine if that image was purged from the public memory and if Moot was hanged in the public square for all to see.

The major instances I've seen it used was by someone who was lonely and was using it to laugh at themselves and make light of their situation, not to insult others and their struggles.
