Nights are getting cold...

The nights are getting cold here, and I'm wishing I had someone to cuddle with before I fall asleep at night. I often fall asleep while imagining I am cuddled up in the arms of someone special. How do the rest of you deal? I am NT myself, but I know a lot about what it's like to be lonely and longing for someone to call your own.

At this time of year? Yeah, it'd be nice!

I have central heating I find it helps a lot.

I go to sleep with lots of blankets,pillows and stuffed animals packed around me.I like to play a YouTube vid of fire sounds,then I pretend I'm snuggly with someone.

When I was a kid, my bedroom was upstairs and we had no heat up there at all. The heat for the house was a small gas fire in the living room which we would turn off at night and relight in the morning when we got up. The bedroom was also on the north side of the house. Thus, my bedroom stayed cold all winter long.

One of my favorite things as a kid was to put about five blankets on the bed and open the window when it was 20 degrees F or colder and climb into bed. I did hate getting out of bed in the morning.

Truthfully I go to bed thinking about some programming problem I am working on more often than not. Maybe this is related to why I am single.

I guess as long as I have a little beer in me gullet I can sleep fine.

I just think I'd have an easier time getting to sleep at night if it wasn't just me by myself in this big 'ole bed. I'm a cuddler, and I love feeling close to people.

Heavy blanket works great. I have a bigger problem falling a sleep in summer because a thin blanket doesn't provide the pressure I need. I'm not sure cuddling would work for me either. Maybe that someone special could sleep on top of me. I'd love that.

I imagine cuddling with someone every night before I fall asleep too, but I thought it was a male thing. You know, women always complain that men only want to sleep with them.

my 4 cats and an electric blanket solve that problem nicely.

Yeah, I relate. The worst part is that I have someone to cuddle, he just lives too far away.

My nights have been arctic Lol
And from the looks it ain't gonna get no warmer.

So I'd better invest in that central heating lol
