My question is it possible for White Women and White Men as well White People and or People of European Ancestry to have black looking hair or even black hair without hair dye or hair coloring ? Also can brunette or brown or dark brown look black and just get lighter in the light/sun ? Also my last question is it true that there no such thing as black hair just dark brown hair that looks black on all races of humans and skin colors I have heard this also I have seen White Women with brunette or brown/dark brown hair that is so dark that it looks black but in light or the sun it looks dark brown or even lighter ?

Brown hair is the second most common human hair color, after black hair. It varies from light brown to almost black hair.

My mother's hair was a much darker brown when I was little, almost black. Now, its dirty-blonde, no dye required.

If you want to get technical, everyone's mixed in the ethnic department; its just a matter of what traits are more dominant.

I don't know why you posted this in this section, but yes of course white people can have very dark hair. Just google Black Irish. (e.g. Jennifer Connelly or Lara Flynn Boyle)

Dyeing it supposedly works the best with hair that was previously jet-black though.

Actually, you are absolutely right. Most jet black hair is a bit more coarse than the other colors. The coarse outer cortex of that hair it more permeable, so dyes get in easier.

Most or all of them have blue eyes though. I'm technically a full-caucasian with black hair/brown eyes, so i wonder how unusual that is.
