I am not very good at starting conversations, but last July, I was able to have a long conversation with a female park ranger at a Minnesota state park who was interning to become a police officer. Because she began the conversation and I was open to the conversation, I ended up really liking her because she was open to my stories about being in Minnesota and our talking about school. Do any of you have any tips to starting conversations?

Ask what she did on the weekend. That's always a good place to start. If she saw a movie, start talking about movies. If she went for a meal, start talking about food. If she went to another state/town to see some friends, start talking about some of the places you've been to before and ask her about some of the places that she's been to.

Sounds like it went before though so you seem to be on the right track.

Hope this helps :)

Ask her about her most interesting stories as a park ranger. I am sure they see lots of bizarre things.

Sounds like a nice girl.

Ask her out for breakfast or something.
