Yay she finally sent a pic of herself to me.

Can you do a Google image search on it? That's the first thing I would do.

A few weeks ago. A girl found me on Facebook and sent me a friend request since we both had mutual friends. And we started talking and became friends. But last night she asked me if I wanted to start a relationship. And I said yes. But I noticed one problem with her. She doesn't respond to a lot of my messages. I asked her why she does that and she says it's because she can't think of anything to say. And that get's me worried that I'm bad at conversation. And is this bad for a relationship? Well before last night. We were talking as friends. But I wanna know if I need to change anything about how I talk.
These statements of yours set off some mental alarms:

• "A girl found me on Facebook" (suspicious)

• "[she] sent me a friend request" (suspicious)

• "she asked me if I wanted to start a relationship" (VERY suspicious)

• "She doesn't respond to a lot of my messages" (suspicious)

• "she says it's because she can't think of anything to say" (suspicious)

Any one of these statements wouldn't set off any alarms, but FIVE?. Something's gniloy in Moskva. :eew:

Here is a VERY useful link: Russian Scammers and Russian Scams.
Quote:
Hundreds of Russian scammers according to last name in alphabetical order and detail about the Russian scam. We publish detail information about the Russian scam and Russian scammer photos used in the scam. These pages also include scammers from the Ukraine and other former Soviet countries involved in dating fraud. Different photos may be used for the same name or the same set of photos may be used under different names. In general Russian scammers are not the people on the photos, but someone else pretend to be the person on the photos. Russian scammers are dating criminals defrauding people when vulnerable. Russian scammers are exposed on these pages!
Protect yourself. If you find her name on that website, then she may be trying to scam you.

Good luck.

Yeah I just did a Google Image Search and luckily nothing came up. The photo is 100% original. And all the images that did pop up in the results were other girls unrelated to her. Image

Okay well that's at least 1 positive, I'm still somewhat skeptical but probably can proceed with caution.

Don't worry I will. And if your wondering. Even though we were talking for a little bit earlier. I did not mention my worry at all to her that she may be a scam.

You just lack imagination. I get regular fake friend requests from my soul mate, and they work as likes. She never responds to anything, and we use mutual monologing when we communicate online.

So, I'd say a lot of these "alarms" could just be neurodiverse preferences.

Actually I know that she's a real person. Because I was talking to one of my friends who are friends with her. And he told me she's definitely real.
