Its really rare to find good quality of young people these days. There so many activists in Gen Y who have poor communication and lack of empathy towards others. I has left this activism lifestyle and trying to avoid these kind of people because every new people I meet in my environmental and disability advocacy network there still same kind of people.
My passions is my life and I am happy to have it. It difficult to avoid toxic and wrong kind of people even if there so many of them within your passions and interests. There so lack of young people have empathetic understanding towards people with disabilities. My PA is 24 and she worked with people with disabilities. She never went to uni. She straight to a job and learned the reality of life. This made me think how terrible uni kids these days. Lacking empathy, are not smart with their decisions nor lack of capabilities to understand life skills.
With my business as it growing I really hope to find right people.
