i have a coworker that's i know through a mutural friend, even if i normally don't work with him, though he's friendly with about everyone. He seemed surprised to see me when i walked in yesterday to grab a bite to eat, amd i chatted with him a little bit how his day was, after ordering food. He wanted to ask, when i work next, which i didn't answer, finding it odd. He commented the other day on how fast i work, and seemed like he tried to touch my shoulders like he was afraid i was gonma bavk into him until i moved forward. I worked with him, this morning and he asked my help over a real simple task and chatted a little bit

I guess he likes you, either as a friend or more than a friend.

I don’t see anything particularly fishy about this guy.

How do you feel about him?

I think this is the right question.

Im really not sure how i feel about him yet but he tries to keep telling me what happens to a friend at work like hes trying to strike a conversation up. Hes also told another friend of mine i deserve a promotion and comments "you're still if?" If im sitting for a little bit resting after work. My main friend commented i have a secret admirer apparently , but ain't sure if shes joking or not

If this guy keeps trying to engage in conversation with you and you don't want to do the same, ignore him.

If he keeps it up, write something about it and give it to other colleagues or your boss.

Ditto. Don't read too too much into it.

Wait and see. People meet at work all the time. If he asks you out - just you and him - then he is interested in you as a date - not just as a friendly co-worker.

DO NOT TAKE THIS ADVICE!! ! (unless you are actually sexually harassed.) People converse all the time - that's what adults do whether you are interested in them or not. Some people go on dates. If they decide not to date this person again, they don't. It doesn't mean that you should ignore them or start trouble by dragging others or your boss into something that doesn't make any sense. That's what little kids do when they don't want to talk to the "weird" kid. How rude. :x

Because he should not try to approach women at work, this is a recipe for a disaster for him.

I know some people get married via common workplace, but not like this.
