Is it ok to pick flaws in people from a social perspective? Like before asking them for their number or wanting to date them.?

Like saying to yourself.. oh she's got this or that wrong..?? Hair, makeup etc..? Does doing this make me a bad person..??? Need help with conversation starters..! ! Fk.. really wanted to ask someone for their number.

It's 'okay' but it's not likely to be a successful introduction if your goal is to get to know them better.
