You could take one of those jobs that clash with the trivia quiz nights.
Then you'd have enough money to go on a website to get a wife from the Phillipines.
But you'd have to join a reputable one as there are loads of scammers on there.

Also you'd have to get to know someone for at least a year before marrying them cos you'd then be in danger of meeting someone with a personality disorder like sociopath, narcissist etc.

Autism is always a huge disadvantage when dating and finding relationships and flings but I would try and get rid of all the other disadvantages before admitting it's the intrinsic problem holding someone back.

Yep, a relationship is as simple as buying a slab of meat. /sarc

The stats are quite clear that the ones with personality disorders are the ones who BUY the wives, not the "wives" themselves. One study from 2008 revealed that up to half of the foreign women from Thailand who had married men in Sweden were victims of domestic violence. Do you really want to be a member of such a club?

Well you're married to a foreign wife yourself so I don't know why you'd object to that.

If you're not a psycho then marrying a woman wouldn't make you into a psycho.

It's not buying a wife,it's buying a subscription to a website that introduces you to women.

When people talk about mail order wives etc they are solely using the capital they have -- money and citizenship -- to attract a partner. I don't want to be associated with that as I relocated permanently half across the world to be with her and to start a family. Do you think any of the men attracted to such dating sites would consider doing the same? That's what it takes if it's not about money or citizenship.

These kind of dating sites is the modern equivalent of the mail order catalog.

Love is about so much more than buying someone (and ensuring that they’re PD-free).

People would be much better off buying a blow-up doll than a real person in desperate straits. Or maybe a blow-up doll AND a dog.

They’ll have to talk to you first, just to make sure that you don’t have any personality disorders. They might want to make sure that you’re up-to-date on your shots, too, so I’d suggest having your immunization records nearby.

Going the “mail order bride” route is a recipe for disaster.

Stop with this crap about people with autism being “inferior.” That we can’t find romance on our own.

This sort of thinking perpetuates the myth that people with autism can’t find love on our own.

And all this crap about blow-up dolls and all that.

This kind of talk makes us look bad.

Buying a blowup doll is better than buying a real person.

I have no problem with sex toys. I have a problem with thinking of and treating people like sex toys.

I don’t get what the meme means. It’s some person putting on back his/her shoe to me. I can’t discern any other meaning.

I’m not saying anything controversial. I’m saying people don’t need blow-up dolls to replace actual human beings.

And no…..I’m not into “buying” women and men. Or anybody. For any purpose.

Oh….if the shoe fits, wear it. How sweet!

Why must we get like this?

It doesn’t matter how something makes us look.

If people have and enjoy sex dolls, it’s okay. I would just put them away when company comes over.

I always put my friend Aquinas back in the drawer when I’m finished with him.

I never said it wasn’t “okay.”

I have nothing against this, per se.

What I don’t like is the alleged “reasoning” behind this. The allegation that we have to “settle” for non-responsive dolls over actual people.

Now….if one PREFERS this…..then I have no objection.

That’s my position, like it or not.
