At least I get to see all the big boys hug and squeal.

Quote:
What Is a Bell Curve?

A bell curve is a common type of distribution for a variable, also known as the normal distribution. The term "bell curve" originates from the fact that the graph used to depict a normal distribution consists of a symmetrical bell-shaped curve.

The highest point on the curve, or the top of the bell, represents the most probable event in a series of data (its mean, mode, and median in this case), while all other possible occurrences are symmetrically distributed around the mean, creating a downward-sloping curve on each side of the peak. The width of the bell curve is described by its standard deviation.

Simply look at the couples around you.
Empirical evidence is empirical evidence.

BTW, what part of "Bell Curve' don't you understand?

You can say “Bell curve” all you want to, but if you don’t provide actual data, it doesn’t mean much. Your observations could just be due to confirmation bias.

The couples around me?

Me and my partner
My partner's brother (wife not here)
My son and his four male friends

What am I supposed to see?
I'm not talking about empirical evidence.
I was stating opinions and posted an empirically-existing video.

Actually, athletes aren’t that healthy. They are prone to injuries and heart ailments among other things.

Are men allowed to have opinions?
I use simple observation when I said what I said.
And I am not the only one who sees it the same way.

Are you saying that men can only have an opinion that is in sympathy with how women see things?

And what part of "I have a balanced view in this" don't you understand?
Did I not say different ppl have different opinions?
Do I not have a philosophy of: "To each their own"?
Did I not use "The Bell Curve" to express this?

Odd. :?

You're telling me to look at empirical data and bell curves.
You're even suggesting I don't know what a bell curve is, when I used to calculate them for work.

I'm not saying big boys are better, but that some women do want that.
You seem to think it's impossible or that our opinion as autistic women isn't "normal".

And I am supposed to know this how?

And where did I say that some women don't?
My partner likes the way I look, even if I do need to lose 10 kgs.
I did say that, remember?

IsabellaLinton wrote:

You are self-evidently wrong when you say I think it impossible.
Review my posts in this thread. It is in black and white that what you have said is incorrect. <sigh>

And plz don't misrepresent me.
I did not suggest the opinion of autistic women isn't "normal" with its negative connotation.
PPL on the spectrum, both men and women, are not TYPICAL in the way we think.
Why are you making this a gender war? <sigh>

We weren't talking about flabby athletes.
We were talking about guys who are simply overweight.

Funny but Twilight, babybird, Joe and I have all said we like tummies. I may be forgetting some people too. No one said they have to be obese but it seems you think anyone who is even slightly above average in weight is obese, unhealthy, or unattractive.

I’m glad we’re all allowed our own opinions and I’m glad at least some of us are open to diversity.

Up to a point.
<joke>

Ppl on the autistic spectrum make up a small proportion of the population.
I am under the impression the context here is humanity in general.
Autistic ppl see the world significantly differently from NTs, and this "needs" to be considered, IMO. 8)
