If NT men are 45 - 50, do all men those ages are too mature? I’m worried about that, I always wondering if I’m going be too immature for men those ages.

It depends on the person.

I agree it depends on the person. My wife's immaturity didn't keep me from dating her and caring about her. I just adapted to it and I just don't take her to places I know it is going to be an issue.
I wouldn't take her to an after hour corporate function were maturity is a must for example.

Some guys like immature women(I do) as long as the woman doesn't play mind-games with guys. Lots of guys would rather an immature women who knows what she wants in a partner & is willing to remain faithful than a mature woman who's very inconsistent & gives mixed messages & signals.
