My first advice: Don't. Flirting is mostly about contact and body language (Which is why most aspies suck at it) doing it over the computer isn't easy at all.

For my second advice: Ignore the first advise: Make sure to weave lots of compliments into your emails (Only sincere ones mind you) and take an interest in your victims interests.

I've actually been complimented on my cyber flirting skills, if you could call it a skill. I seriously doubt I'm unique among Aspies in that.

Blah! That's too... lame. Say stuff that's witty. And they don't have to be blatant either. "You have a shapely way with words." Also put in actions.... Saying *kiss* can have a bigger effect than using an emot, so mix and match. Mostly, the best way of flirting online is just keeping it lively.
