Ok well this is rather odd.

When I asked her if it was alright with her If could meet her parents, she just gave me this rather perplexed look.
But.... When I was coming out of the bathroom around...4th hour, she was walking up the stairs and smiled at me as she walked by.

Is she confused? Happy? Confappy?

One doesn't meet the parents til one is dating the significant other.

It's okay. I wrote up a letter basically fixing the mistake I made of randomly asking to meet her parents.
But she was okay today, well...ish.

Destiny had a cold today. Not a bad one, but not a good one either.
The remarkable thing is, for the first girl I've asked out since 6th grade, she is
most likely the only girl that I can ever say relates to me on almost every one of my
levels!

Another cool thing I found out.... Destiny's not bitchy when she's sick! 8) :D  8) 8)

Yea, asking to meet her parents was a little on the quick side, but a mistake is a mistake and you'll learn. Whatever you do, don't apologize for everything just move forward. If she's into you, she'll be willing to forgive you even when you do something a little strange.

Also, you let her know that you like her already, you don't have to tell her again until she reciprocates it somehow. You can drive girls crazy by constantly professing your feelings for them, sometimes you just have to give a litttle space.

The book borrowing thing is great, let her borrow something (not everything you own). If you become part of her hobbies (like manga for instance) you'll have a much better chance at being accepted.

I really hope nothing is wrong with my sunshine.

She's been gone for two days, but I think she's just got a cold.
It makes sense because she had the sniffles on Wednesday.

I'm still a tad bit worried about her...

Maybe somebody with more authority can answer, but you need to strike a balance between being interested and not stiffing her. It aslo shows trust.
