Just because some people believe in ballance and not being prejudiced does not make them white knights and I dont think it is nice to mock good people . There are enough mean people in the world without encouraging the few nice ones to be jerks.

No, I'm a devil's advocate. I defend mostly women on this forum because it's mostly women who need defending on this forum. Maybe the girl is a b***h, I've never met her. Maybe she was just having a bad day, who knows. But I stick up for people, it's what I've always done.

^^ Sir devilish John Hopkins, the "rolled her eyes back and looked at her friend" cannot be caused by a 'bad day' , don't play the naive. We might be bad in reading body signs but this one is pretty obvious what it means and it's pretty rude if you ask me.

Jamesy, do what Aspie1 told you ...ignore her unless if she initiates conversation with you.

Jamesy, I must point out that you brought this into the public forum and invited discussion - which doesn't leave you much room to complain when someone does speak up contrary to your own thoughts on this issue.

JH, it seems that believing that there is more than one answer to a given scenario is rather uncommon here... at least it's good company.

Personally I think it's an admirable trait. I didn't interpret your first posts as defending the girl, but rather being hesitant to jump to conclusions about her.

It's entirely possible that the girl is interested in the OP but she doesn't want her friend to think so. I still think she'd probably not make a good relationship partner, but she might not be a total b***h.
