Is it always a worst case scenario

I have to go to a dinner with my NT wife tonight. And I’ve been rolling around the house just thinking of all the stuff that could go wrong and more or less acting them out. (just glad no one can see me). Do you do this is it always the worst case scenario in your head to? I’m so worried that I may get into a fight or some one will say something to tick me off. UGH! Do you Always feel angry to?

What do you do to help prepare for an evening out?

Man you have no idea. This drives me crazy and usually leads to it's own problems...
