London Summer Wrong Planet Meet Up - Saturday 23rd of June

As some people have started to ask for another meet up, here are the details.

We will meet in the usual place at the central pillars in Trafalgar Square at 12pm.

Trafalgar Square can be found here for people that are travelling from outside of London.

We will proceed to a pub or park afterwards, suggestions for other activities will also be welcomed. We will mainly stick to free or budget activities but it is recommended that you bring a tenner for food and drinks. If you have any further questions about the meet up, feel free to message me :). Innerpeace is also assisting in organizing this meet up so feel free to message him if you have any questions.

In terms of activities the following ideas have been suggested:

- trip to St James Park followed by a pub.
- a canal or London route walk
- a walk along the river Thames
- a walking meet-up dropping in at different pubs or cafés along the way.

I'm pretty easy. Any of these ideas sound good. :)

Another meet up I can't make as I am away that weekend (relative is visiting from Australia and the extended family is gathering). Gutted :( Would have really liked to come. Will keep watching the topic in case the date changes or another one is planned...

People are free to leave the meet up whenever they feel like it, there isn't a set time that it finishes, some people leave after a couple of hours and others leave later in the afternoon.

That's a shame, it was good to see you at the last one and I hope you can attend one in future.

In terms of activities, what about a walk along the Thames path?
We could walk from Hungerford Bridge (next to Embankment station) to Tower Bridge, crossing over Tower Bridge and walking back towards Hungerford Bridge on the other side of the river? Or another direction.
There is a map showing the Thames Path (on the Embankment side) here: http://www.walk4life.info/walk/thames-p ... north-bank

The Theams path now thet is a good idea there lots of nice pubs on both sides of the river to stop and have lunch, may be the next one if enough people wont to do this.
