Keeping friends is just hard for me. It may sound bitchy, to say the least, but I always get in fights with my friends over stupid stuff because I just don't understand how people work. I don't understand feelings and empathy for others. I'm either a complete douchebag or a door mat for my friends, there is no in between. I just wish all my friends had Aspergers sometimes.

Everything's good in small doses. Just don't be around them long enough to get fed up with them or the opposite, have them get fed up with you :)

You have to learn to fake it sometimes. Watch one of those teen movies or tv shows you know the type or those feel good movies, the hardest part is learning how to use the correct tone of voice, with practice it all becomes a routine.

It's exhausting at first but it works...

Avoid people on days that you're tired and they're demanding attention.
