There's a girl I like as a friend, who I met through facebook and through mutual relatives, but I couldn't use facebook with her anymore, so instead I'm going to see her in the summer when i visit my relatives. She lives in another country by the way (Turkey). How do I express to her that i like her
as a friend and admire her?

IMO, maybe the best thing to do is to talk to her parents and let them know your intentions are honorable.
