It helps me, it may not help you, but it's worth a shot.
For those of us with issues with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and communication, go on Amazon.com and look up the book Change Your Thinking: Overcome Stress, Anxiety and Improve your life with CBT by Sarah Eldelman, PhD.
I've learned and improve a lot from reading that book.
Also, go on Youtube and search for Online Communication Skills Training Videos with Dan O'Connor.
His vids are helpful too.
