You don't need to beat yourself everytime you make a mistake or fail at something to get better. Learn from the mistake or learn from the person scolding you for the mistake. Don't take the opportunity to beat yourself up for it, because then you aren't learning from your mistakes. Now I'm not saying don't admit that you make mistakes, because we should. But just don't beat yourself up for it.

No, but I'm not charging you any money for what I write and also I'm going to have to learn to give myself the benefit of the doubt next time I post something. I will suggest that you see a psychiatrist and a therapist more so than reading stuff on the internet.
